Job Title: Process Associate/International Process Executive

Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end maintenance workflow.
· Coordinate with property managers, vendors, and clients.
· Handle written & verbal communication professionally (emails/calls).
· Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation using Excel/Google Sheets.
· Support operational, logistics, and accounts-related processes.
· Track invoices, arrears, and task updates.
· Identify process gaps, mismatches, and suggest improvements.
· Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
· Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of all tasks.
Skills & Requirements
· Strong written and verbal communication skills (mandatory).
· Good proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
· Ability to organise and manage maintenance coordination.
· Quick learner, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
· Reliable, responsible, and calm under pressure.
· Comfortable with a 2:00 AM start time.
