Job Title: Frontend Developer (Svelte)The Client engages the Developer as a Frontend Developer (Svelte) to provide frontend development services on a contractual basis. The Developer will have 5-6 years of relevant experience and will focus on building and optimizing modern, responsive web interfaces using Svelte, Builder.io, and Tailwind CSS. The primary objectives include improving design consistency, performance, SEO, and implementing security best practices.This Scope of Work defines the services for an ongoing monthly engagement.
Scope of Work and ResponsibilitiesThe Developer shall perform the following responsibilities:
Develop and maintain UI components using Svelte, Builder.io, and Tailwind CSS.
Ensure consistent design, spacing, and typography across all pages and components.
Optimize code for performance and SEO (e.g., efficient rendering, lazy loading, meta tags, and structured data where applicable).
Implement security headers and adhere to Content Security Policy (CSP) guidelines.
Maintain clean, scalable, and reusable code following best practices.
Collaborate with the Client's team (e.g., backend developers, designers) via provided communication channels.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes as required.
Provide regular updates on progress and any potential issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications Mandatory:
Proficiency in Svelte, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.
5-6 years of frontend development experience.
Basic Knowledge:
Builder.io and TypeScript.
Nice to Have:
Experience with SEO best practices, CSP implementation, performance optimization, web accessibility (WCAG), and security headers.
Working Hours and Availability
Monthly Commitment: Up to 180 hours per month (approximately 45 hours per week, assuming a 4-week month).
Term and Termination
The contract is only for 3Month from date of providing all the required accesses to start working.
We may terminate immediately for cause (e.g., material breach).
Upon termination, the Developer will deliver all completed work and return any Client property.
