We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Senior Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) XOM Developer with 4 to 8+ years of hands-on technical expertise. This role centers heavily on designing, configuring, and optimizing complex Order Management and Orchestration (XOM) architectures within the Telecommunications BSS (Business Support Systems) domain. Role & responsibilities Solution Design & Configuration: Blueprint and configure complex Vlocity Order Management (XOM) configurations. This includes managing order decomposition rules, defining algorithmic orchestration plans, establishing item attributes, and setting up precise task dependencies and processing sequences.Lifecycle Architecture: Build, manage, and scale Orchestration Plans, Orchestration Items, Decomposition Relationships, and Order Lifecycle State transitions.Fulfillment & Provisioning: Implement workflows for automated order enrichment, fulfillment orchestration, network provisioning triggers, downstream billing routing, and customer assetization (Contract/Asset alignment).Systems Integration: Develop clean API connections using low-code Omni Studio components and programmatic tools to sync Salesforce seamlessly with backend Network Operations (OSS), Provisioning Gateways, Inventory databases, and Billing/ERP engines.Order Fallout Management: Monitor, diagnose, and resolve "stuck" or failed orders.
