About the Role:
Your mission will be to help customers hit their growth targets using GetCrux. To solve this, you will need to deeply understand their current workflows, re-imagine the same with an AI-first approach, figure out how GetCrux can help them, and help improve the product
Responsibilities:
1. Help customers meet their growth & creative KPIs using GetCrux
Existing Customers: Own the relationship with the existing customer portfolio. Work closely with growth and creative teams to help them surface insights, build creative testing plans, ideate new concepts, and generate AI creatives to meet their KPIs
New Customer Onboarding: Work closely with the GTM team and product team to onboard new customers, understand their current process and goals, and help them create the right workflows and setup on GetCrux
2. Help improve the platform and shape the product roadmap
Follow market trends closely, keep track of best practices for each social ad platform, AI model developments, and be the customer’s voice in shaping product roadmap
Monitor product usage, track customer issues, and get them resolved with help from the product and engineering team
