Required Training & Support Executive who can manage user training and support. Good Communication skill and proficiency in English is must!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide ERP Support and Training Onsite/On Call/ Screen sharing software
- Engage with clients with friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concern
-Collaborate with development team to stay updated on new features/developments
- Prepare Help Documentation (or any other document such as version update details) as and when required using documentation software
- Record client's tickets related information and update client tickets status and close the tickts within SLA
- Communicate with Tech Team and QA Team regarding new features/client issue or bugs
- Other duties as requested
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Any Engineering Graduate
- Excellent command over Word and Excel (spreadsheets)
- Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi
- Min 2 years of relative experience
- Requires Traveling (3-4 Days/Month)
- Experience on ERP Support required
