ServiceNow SPM - Technical Consultant at Four Dragons
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Technical Consultant to join our team on a long-term, full-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), delivering end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization services for enterprise clients across the United States.
What You Will Do
Lead and support full-lifecycle ServiceNow SPM implementations including project, demand, resource, and portfolio management modules
Configure and customize SPM applications including Project Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Idea Portal, and Agile Development
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations aligned with business goals
Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and best-practice recommendations to client teams
Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents, test plans, and runbooks
Support pre-sales activities including scoping, solution design, and proposal development
What We're Looking For
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience with a focus on SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
Required Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)
Deep knowledge of SPM modules: Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Innovation Management, and Agile/Scrum boards
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals including flows, scripts, integrations, and data models
Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
Must be located in the United States and authorized to work in the US
Nice to Have
Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-PPM)
Experience with ServiceNow App Engine, IntegrationHub, or Flow Designer
Background in IT project management, PMO, or portfolio governance
