The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot who can lead backend architecture, deliver complex features, and support multiple client product teams. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot (Good to Have: Kotlin). Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases. Ability to effectively leverage AI in every aspect of development. Build scalable microservices and distributed systems Lead technical discussions with product and engineering stakeholders Optimize application performance, reliability, and security Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment Required Skills 8 to 12 years of backend engineering experience Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development (Good to have: Kotlin). Experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps tools Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities Good to Have Kotlin experience Experience with messaging systems and event-driven architectures Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines Location: Bangalore (In-office) Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred or max 30 days
