Job Summary
myOnsite Healthcare is looking for an experienced Recruiter/Lead Recruiter – US Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for US roles and subsidiary companies. The role involves full lifecycle recruitment, stakeholder coordination, onboarding execution, and recruitment reporting while ensuring compliance with US hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, offer roll-out, and joining formalities.
Execute end-to-end US recruitment independently and in coordination with hiring managers.
Align hiring plans with manpower requirements defined by leadership.
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Conduct reference checks, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
Design and execute a structured onboarding and induction program.
Conduct orientation sessions covering company culture, HR policies, and compliance.
Coordinate with IT/Admin for system access, email setup, and workstation readiness.
Monitor the first 90-day integration and collect feedback from new hires and managers.
Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of experience in US recruitment (end-to-end).
Strong knowledge of US hiring processes, documentation, and compliance.
Experience in healthcare / IT / healthcare-IT recruitment preferred.
Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Ability to work with US time zones.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required
4–6 years of experience in Quality, Compliance, Fraud, or Operations (BPO/FinTech/Healthcare preferred)

Quality scores, compliance accuracy, DSAT reduction, CAPA effectiveness, reporting timeliness, stakeholder satisfaction
