See your work in a new light.
At LUX Infusion, we’re reimagining infusion care to be more human, supportive, and connected. Inspired by lux—meaning light - we guide patients, providers, and partners through complex therapies with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
As a clinician-led, U.S.-based organization, we put people first - helping patients feel seen and supported through faster therapy starts, dedicated care coordination, and meaningful collaboration. Our commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and advancement (IDEA) is central to our culture, ensuring every team member feels valued and empowered to make a difference.
We’re looking for a Regional Director, AIC Operations who wants their work to mean something — someone who brings care, accountability, and purpose to what they do every day.
Why This Role Matters
This role plays an important part in helping LUX Infusion deliver a patient‑first experience by ensuring our ambulatory infusion centers operate with excellence, consistency, and compassion.
In this role, you’ll contribute to work that:
Helps patients access timely, safe, and reliable infusion care across multiple locations
Supports clinicians and site teams through clear workflows, strong operational support, and dependable leadership
Moves work forward in a growing, clinician‑led organization focused on better outcomes, sustainable growth, and high standards
Everything we do connects back to real people navigating complex healthcare journeys — and this role helps ensure the systems, teams, and environments supporting that care work seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities include:
Lead regional operational performance across multiple ambulatory infusion centers to improve patient access, treatment growth, efficiency, and profitability
Oversee daily multi‑site operations using a hybrid leadership model, combining remote management with regular on‑site presence
Collaborate closely with clinical leadership, finance, revenue cycle, intake, pharmacy, scheduling, HR, compliance, and business development teams
Drive performance across key metrics such as treatment volume, referral conversion, chair utilization, labor productivity, patient satisfaction, and margin performance
Analyze dashboards and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement, scalability, and growth
Develop and implement standardized workflows that improve consistency, quality, and efficiency across sites
Support staffing models, workforce development, performance coaching, and succession planning
Maintain accountability for regional P&L performance, budget adherence, and expense control
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and medication‑handling standards while partnering with clinical leaders on quality and safety
Support new site openings, acquisitions, and regional expansion through operational planning and readiness
Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, and follow‑through to your work while serving as an escalation point for operational issues impacting patient care
What We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you bring:
Deep care about the human impact of healthcare operations and patient experience
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and corporate teams
Strong ownership and accountability for operational and financial performance
Comfort leading distributed teams in a dynamic, multi‑site environment
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills grounded in data and outcomes
Experience growing, stabilizing, or scaling healthcare operations
A desire to lead with visibility, empathy, and high standards
You don’t need to check every box — we care just as much about how you show up, lead others, and care for patients as what’s on your resume.
