GTM Lead – Qonfido (0→1 Journey) at Qonfido
We’re looking for a self-driven GTM (Go-To-Market) Lead to help us take Qonfido from idea to our first delighted customers. If you thrive in ambiguity, love building from scratch, and can creatively stretch every rupee, we want you.
What you’ll do:
Lead the 0→1 customer acquisition journey – from shaping our GTM strategy to executing campaigns.
Build and run digital marketing experiments across social, search, and content to generate leads.
Partner with the founders to define positioning, messaging, and brand voice.
Explore creative, low-cost ways to acquire early adopters.
Set up basic sales and marketing processes for scale.
You’re perfect if you:
Have hands-on experience in taking products from zero to first customers.
Are digitally native and fluent in growth tools, performance marketing, and analytics.
Think like a founder – resourceful, curious, and execution-obsessed.
Are comfortable with limited budgets and creative constraints.
