You’ll create structure from ambiguity, run the daily heartbeat of the business, and make sure strategic priorities are translated into action. This isn’t an “assistant” role. It’s an entrepreneurial operator role — built for someone who wants a front-row seat to what it takes to scale a high-growth startup, and who’s ready to roll up their sleeves across product, ops, investor updates, financial modelling, and internal accountability.
