We have raised million dollars from leading investors including Y Combinator, Google, Tencent, etc About the role The opportunity as Senior Executive Operations, CEO Office As Executive Operations Manager at Curacel, you will build the AI-first operating system for the company. Your core mandate is company-wide operational leverage. You will partner directly with the CEO, & the People Team to remove friction across teams, compress cycle times, and turn strategy into execution using automation and agentic workflows. You will also keep the CEO rhythm crisp with a simple decisions and commitments system. You sit in the CEO Office and act as a force multiplier for leadership. You will design and ship the systems that make teams radically more productive, from decision cadence and goal tracking to AI assistants that speed up sales, ops, product, finance, and customer success. This role blends operator rigor with AI craft. You will drive the company rhythm and outcomes while building practical AI into everyday work. What you will own Company operating system: OKR and review cadences, exec dashboards, decision logs, leadership rituals, and cross-functional programs AI-enabled productivity: rollout of LLM agents, internal copilots, and workflow automations that eliminate manual work Strategic initiatives: plan, resource, execute, and close the loop with post-mortems and learnings Stakeholder communication: clear, timely comms across internal leaders, clients, vendors, and partners Execution quality: crisp briefs, fast feedback loops, and on-time delivery across teams What you will do Map critical workflows across GTM, Operations, Finance, and Product. Redesign for speed and reliability, then automate with AI Build internal assistants/workflows/Agents for teams using no code tools and working with Engineers e.g meeting notes, pipeline hygiene, vendor onboarding, contract ops, reporting, QA checks, and policy compliance Stand up exec and team dashboards with leading indicators that are self-serve and always current Run the CEO agenda at a lightweight level: prep, follow-ups, decisions, and communications so priorities move week to week Lead cross-functional sprints to unblock revenue, margins, cash, and NPS using data and experiments Establish the operating cadence for strategic initiatives with clear owners, milestones, risks, and decision gates Vendor and tool stewardship: pick, implement, and maintain the AI stack teams actually use, with training and guardrails Create playbooks and adoption gates so work is checked by AI before human review The AI you will bring LLM application know-how: prompt patterns, retrieval, structured outputs, function calling, evaluation Agentic workflows: task decomposition, tool use, guardrails, human in the loop, incident handling Automation platforms: APIs, webhooks, and connectors across n8n, Slack, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Notion, Metabase, Jira, and data stores Measurement and reliability: define success metrics, build feedback loops, test for accuracy, and monitor drift Data and decision making Build a single source of truth for goals, health, and blockers Define KPI trees for priority workflows and publish weekly deltas Use BI tools to track operational performance and recommend adjustments What success looks like in 6 months 30 to 50 percent reduction in cycle time for 3 to 5 core workflows At least 5 AI assistants or automations in daily use across teams with measurable hours saved Strategy to execution lag cut through a predictable weekly and quarterly cadence Leadership uses one live dashboard and decision log every week CEO decision latency down and follow-through rate up, tracked via a visible log Clients and partners experience faster turnarounds and fewer handoffs You might be a fit if you have Very curious, and naturally a first principles thinker asking, why this and why that Intense, Indefatigable and low ego 3 plus years in operations, program management, or similar roles in high velocity environments, ideally in software companies Proven record building company rhythms, shipping cross-functional programs, and landing measurable improvements Hands-on automation and AI experience. Comfortable prototyping with no code or scripts and partnering with engineers when needed Strong analytical chops.
