About the Role We’re looking for a Business Development Lead to drive partnerships, co-marketing, and fundraising for a Astron Markets This is a high-ownership, end-to-end role — from research to relationship-building, negotiation, onboarding, and follow-through. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our partner network and securing long-term value for our products. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential partners in Web3 X AI space, Layer 1/L2 ecosystems, AI Infra, Toolings, DAOs, On-chain betting protocols and more. Develop and manage a pipeline of partnerships from outreach to closure — including research, reach-outs, setting-up groups, run calls, deliver MOMs, follow-ups and closure with Notion tracking. Design and execute Co-marketing and GTM campaigns with ecosystem partners Collaborate closely with internal dev teams, the project manager, and founders to streamline communication and ensure effective execution. Build and maintain strategic relationships across VCs, angel investors, and grant ecosystems to unlock funding opportunities. Attend and represent Asva Lab’s Project at relevant offline and online Web3 events, conferences, and ecosystem forums. Maintain a live Notion tracker for outreach KPIs, deal flow, and partner performance; ensure consistent reporting and clear communication with the project manager. Continuously track ecosystem trends, competition, and emerging narratives to deliver strategic insights. Qualifications and Experience 2-3 year experience: Web3-focused BD / partnerships role ideally in AI Agents/ GambleFI/ Web3 Gaming/ DefiAI Deep Web3 network: Actively connected with Projects, decision-makers, founders, and investors Presence in key social circles: X, Discord, Telegram, or events — you’re part of the culture Proven deal-closer: You’ve previously brought in major clients or revenue to a Web3-native company. Self-starter: You don’t wait for instructions. You spot the opportunity and take action Charisma & fluency in Web3 topics: You can hold your own in any web3-related conversation Solid research capabilities: you can understand a protocol’s core value and map mutual synergies fast.
