HR Lead Needed (Tech-Focused) at New Gig Workforce Solutions
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles (with a focus on technical positions)
Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates globally
Screen candidates and ensure strong alignment before internal interviews
Build structured hiring processes and improve candidate experience
Collaborate with leadership on hiring needs and workforce planning
Manage and grow a small recruiting pipeline or team if needed
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition
Experience hiring for technical roles (engineering, product, etc.)
Strong understanding of how to evaluate technical candidates at a high level
Excellent communication and candidate management skills
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely
Ability to prioritize quality over quantity in hiring
Nice to Have
Experience working with global or remote teams
Exposure to startup environments or fast-scaling teams
Familiarity with modern tech industry hiring trends
