Role Overview We’re looking for a highly-skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead and execute world-class design for our betting platform. You’ll craft intuitive flows, responsive layouts, and a polished interface that maximizes user engagement and trust. Expect ownership, fast iterations, and end-to-end influence — from idea to implementation. Key Responsibilities Own design across all user-facing modules: onboarding, game interfaces, dashboards, and wallet flows. Create wireframes, UI designs, and high-fidelity mockups in tools like Figma or Framer. Maintain a unified design system for RushRoll’s visual identity and product consistency. Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Galileo AI, Uizard) for rapid asset generation, idea visualization, and faster prototyping. Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure functional, on-brand delivery. Improve user flows through testing, feedback, and analytics-based iteration. Design animations/microinteractions to improve clarity and delight. Requirements 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong product portfolio. Expertise in responsive design and prototyping tools (Figma, Framer, Adobe). Ability to work autonomously and turn complex product ideas into simple, usable designs. Understanding of Web3 UX (wallets, transaction flows, user safety). Ability to incorporate AI tools to speed up ideation and UI concept generation. Strong communication and attention to detail when working with developers. Bonus Experience designing casino, gaming, or betting apps. Familiarity with motion design or basic frontend concepts (HTML/CSS). Previous work on interactive features like live chat, leaderboards, or multiplayer elements.
