That's why every entry level engineering hire at Superwall starts supporting developers. You'll learn Superwall inside-out, understand real pain points, and build relationships with developers who rely on us daily. After 12 months (or when we feel you're ready), you'll transition to a full-stack engineer, working across our mobile SDKs, web dashboard, backend and more. This isn't a support role with an eventual transition... it's an engineering position with a strategic onboarding :) Months 1-12 (or until you're promoted): Support developers integrating the Superwall SDK (Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Dart) Troubleshoot customer issues and share best practices. Deploy fixes as you gain context. Collaborate with engineering & product teams to improve docs, SDK usability, and identify product improvements.
