Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Client Engagement Specialist. The primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, and improving overall customer experiences. The Client Engagement Specialist will act as the main point of contact for clients, address inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, for effectively addressing client needs.
Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and ensuring a high-quality Customer Experience at all stages of engagement.
Experience in Customer Service, including problem-solving and resolving client concerns in a timely manner.
Ability to work independently and in a remote environment with proven organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with client relationship management tools is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
