The Mission I have a massive task: Hiring 100 people. I’m looking for a relentless, execution-focused Recruiting Lead to act as my right hand in building the "hiring engine" from the ground up. This isn't a typical corporate HR role; it’s a high-speed, high-stakes project where you will help me architect a funnel to move 100 candidates from "sourced" to "hired."
What You’ll Do:
Build the Funnel: Assist the Founder in setting up the workflows and tools needed to manage 100+ placements.
Source & Screen: Identify top-tier talent and conduct initial screenings to ensure only the best reach the final stages.
Strategy & Ops: Work directly with me to solve bottlenecks in the recruitment process.
Execute: Help manage the candidate experience so no one falls through the cracks.
