We are looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor / UGC Ad Creator to help us produce high-performing video ads for social media. The role can be part-time or full-time, and we are open to remote candidates as well as people who can work locally.
Romanian language skills are a plus, but not required. Strong English is enough.

You will help create and edit short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads. We are looking for someone who understands fast-paced social media content, strong hooks, UGC-style editing, and how to make videos that feel natural but also sell.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys testing different creatives, improving video performance, and working with a team to create ads that grab attention.
Responsibilities
Edit short-form video ads for social media and paid campaigns
Create UGC-style videos using raw footage, voiceovers, captions, product clips, and b-roll
Add captions, transitions, music, sound effects, graphics, and motion elements
Turn ideas and scripts into engaging ad creatives
Create multiple video variations for testing different hooks, angles, and calls-to-action
Improve videos based on feedback and performance data
Stay up to date with TikTok, Instagram, and paid ad creative trends
Organize files and deliver videos on time
Optional: help record simple UGC-style content, voiceovers, or product demos
Requirements
Experience editing short-form videos, ads, or UGC content
Strong understanding of social media video formats and trends
Good sense of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and direct-response ad structure
Ability to create clean, modern, engaging edits
Comfortable working with feedback and making revisions quickly
Good English communication skills
Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Portfolio or examples of previous video work
