The Opportunity
We're looking for a Digital Designer who can own the visual execution of our marketing across all three brands. This is a hands-on production role. You'll design landing pages, static ad creatives, email templates, and website sub-pages on a daily basis. Speed, craft, and an eye for conversion-focused design matter here.
You'll work closely with our growth and marketing team, translating strategy and copy into polished, high-performing design assets. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have real input on how our brands look and feel across every customer touchpoint.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of digital design experience in a DTC, e-commerce, or performance marketing environment
A strong portfolio showing landing pages, ad creatives, email designs, and web pages
Proficiency in Figma as your primary design tool
Experience designing for conversion, not just aesthetics. You understand how layout, hierarchy, and visual cues drive action
Comfort working at speed across multiple brands and projects simultaneously
Ability to collaborate effectively with developers on implementation
Strong understanding of responsive design and how assets render across devices
Clear, concise communicator who can present design decisions and take feedback without ego
Bonus Points
Experience in health, beauty, wellness, or skincare categories
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor front-end adjustments
Motion graphics or light animation skills for ads or landing page elements
Experience with AI design tools for rapid prototyping or asset generation
What You'll Do
Landing Pages & Web Design
Design high-converting landing pages for paid acquisition and A/B tests
Concept and design new sub-pages for our brand websites
Build pages or collaborate closely with developers to bring designs to life
Ad Creative & Static Assets
Produce static ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid channels across all three brands
Design promotional assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing tests
Maintain visual consistency across brands while adapting creative to different audiences and formats
Email Design
Design email templates for promotional campaigns, lifecycle flows, and product announcements
Create modular, reusable email components that maintain brand standards at speed
Brand & UI/UX
Maintain and evolve visual identity across three distinct brands
Contribute to UI/UX improvements on product pages, quizzes, and checkout flows
