With 1600+ successful implementations and the largest R&D team in the industry, we are transforming how insurers operate globally.About the TeamJoin our Data Platform & Analytics team, where we:Design & build cloud-native data platformsDeliver mission-critical insights for insurersBuild secure, scalable, and reliable SaaS servicesDrive innovation using AI and modern engineering practicesYou will play a pivotal role in building next-generation analytics SaaS services that power Guidewires industry-leading cloud platform.What youll bringRequired:Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.2.7+ years of software engineering experience, including building and operating cloud-native SaaS or data platform services in production.Strong programming skills : PythonHands-on experience with AWS and its native services (for example EMR, Redshift, MSK, RDS, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, Athena, IAM) and a solid understanding of how to run them reliably, securely, and costeffectively at scale.Practical experience with monitoring and observability tools (for example Datadog, OpenTelemetry, ELK) and building actionable dashboards and alerts that improve platform reliability.Experience with container and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes, and familiarity with IaaS abstractions like Kubernetes-based platforms, Cloud Foundry, or OpenShift.Knowledge of open data and table formats such as Parquet and Iceberg, and experience with data pipelines and batch or stream processing.Proven problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.Preferred:Experience designing or operating large-scale, multi-tenant data platforms or data lakes in the public cloud, with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.Background in building CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for data or platform services, including infrastructure-as-code practices.Experience with securing cloud-native data services (for example encryption, access controls, secrets management, auditability) in line with enterprise and regulatory requirements.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Please share your updated CV along with the below details at: anaik@guidewire.com(Mandatory)Total Experience:Current CTC:Expected CTC:Notice Period:Current Location:Reason for Job Change:Role: Software Development - Other,Industry Type: Software Product,Department: Engineering - Software & QA,Employment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Software DevelopmentEducationUG: Any Graduate
