Account Manager — US Hotels (Night Shift) at Hotelzify
We're looking for a night owl who treats client accounts like they own them.
Hotelzify helps independent hotels take back their direct bookings from the OTAs. We're growing fast in the US, and our hoteliers are awake when most of India is asleep. We need someone who actually wants those hours — not someone tolerating them.
This isn't a "manage the inbox" job. You'll own a book of US hotel accounts end-to-end: onboarding them, making sure the product is moving their numbers, pulling them back from the brink when something breaks at 2am their time, and turning the good ones into expansion stories. The hotels you talk to are often family-run businesses where one bad month matters. They deserve someone who actually gives a damn.
What you'll do
• Own a portfolio of US hotel clients: their goals, their numbers, their renewals, their expansion.
• Run weekly/monthly check-ins where you come in with data, not status updates. "Here's what your bookings did, here's why, here's what we're changing."
• Be the human they trust at Hotelzify. When something's wrong, you're the first call. When something's working, you're the one who tells them how to push further.
• Work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and growth, bring the customer's voice in, push internally to get things fixed, and close the loop with the client.
• Spot churn risk before it becomes churn. Spot expansion before the customer asks.
• Build playbooks as you go. What you figure out should make the next AM faster.
What we need from you
• You communicate like a professional adult. Written and spoken English that lands well with US hotel owners and GMs. No fluff, no jargon. You can write a sharp email and run a tight call.
• You're diligent. Things don't fall through the cracks with you. Notes get taken. Follow-ups happen. CRMs get updated without being asked.
• You actually care about your clients. This is the one we can't train for. You feel it when a hotel loses a booking. You celebrate when their RevPAR moves.
• You're entrepreneurial. You'll have a lot of rope. We need someone who runs at problems instead of waiting for instructions.
• Analytics chops are a big plus. If you can pull a sheet of booking data, find the story in it, and turn it into a recommendation, you'll move much faster here. Comfort with Excel/Sheets is table stakes. BI tools is a bonus.
• You're built for the night. Our US clients run on US hours. Expect roughly 6pm–3am IST as your working window. If that doesn't fit your life, please don't apply.
