What you'll actually do.
Samora's voice AI agents are already driving real outcomes for customers. Now we need someone to crack the US market.
Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and first call to contract signed. No warm leads handed to you. You hunt.
Build and run outbound pipelines — cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, partnerships, channel plays. Figure out repeatable channels, then double down.
Run compelling demos — you'll need to deeply understand our voice AI product so you can show US prospects exactly how it solves their problem, not just what it does.
Close deals, not just open conversations — negotiate pricing, handle objections, navigate US procurement processes, get contracts across the line. Revenue is the scorecard.
Work directly with the founders on US GTM strategy — pricing, packaging, ICP refinement, positioning for the US market. You're not following a playbook — you're writing it.
Be the voice of the US customer internally — feed back what you're hearing from the market to shape product priorities and localization decisions.
Manage key accounts post-sale through initial deployment — make sure early US customers are wildly successful so they become references.

Requirements
Experience & mindset
4–5 years in a closing role in the US market (AE, Sales Lead, or founder doing sales)
Deep understanding of US enterprise/mid-market buying processes, procurement, and business culture
Sold SaaS, automation, or AI products to US companies
Early-stage startup experience strongly preferred. Founders welcome.
Comfortable doing outbound at volume and learning a technical product deeply
Bonus
Sold into BPOs, contact centers, insurance, healthcare, or real estate in the US
Familiarity with voice/telephony, conversational AI, or CRM/CCaaS tools
Built outbound systems (Apollo, Outreach, Clay, etc.)
Existing network in relevant US verticals
