Role Description — CHRO & Co-Founder, Sincerity AI (SaaS) This is a full-time, remote Co-Founder role for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at MoodMe. You will be responsible for shaping and leading MoodMe’s people strategy, culture, and organizational growth — ensuring that our human capital aligns with our mission to create ethical, emotion-aware technologies. Key areas include: Talent strategy & sourcing: Build and scale a diverse, high-performing global team. Culture & engagement: Foster a mission-driven, psychologically safe workplace rooted in ethical AI values. HR operations: Design and implement scalable HR processes, including performance management, compensation frameworks, and compliance. Strategic leadership: Collaborate with the CEO and founding team on organizational planning, fundraising readiness, and workforce modeling. Advisory role: Contribute to strategic decisions impacting MoodMe’s evolution into a category-defining Emotion AI company. Package This is a Co-Founder position. The CEO and Co-Founders are not taking salaries until MoodMe closes a funding round or significant sales (6–9 months). Your compensation will include: Founders’ equity: 2–4% (based on experience and contribution) Revenue share No salary until positive cash flow is achieved A minimum commitment of 24 hours/week is required during the pre-funding phase. Full-time candidates are strongly preferred. Qualifications Experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and organizational leadership Strong background in people operations and scalable HR systems Proven ability to build and nurture startup culture and cross-functional collaboration Strategic mindset with strong analytical and communication skills Familiarity with SaaS environments, tech startups, and AI/Deep Tech is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
