Head of Marketing - Foundersmax at Foundersmax
The Role
Foundersmax is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead studio and portfolio marketing, branding,
and communications. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the studio brand while providing hands-on support to portfolio startups as they launch and scale.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that requires a blend of strategic brand building and
tactical execution across multiple ventures.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain the Foundersmax studio brand and public presence, including the
website, social media, and PR initiatives.
Support portfolio startups with product launches, PR, and go-to-market campaigns. Produce high-quality investor-facing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and
newsletters.
Run community engagement, demo days, and thought leadership initiatives to increase
studio visibility.
Develop repeatable marketing playbooks to ensure consistent and high-quality execution
across all portfolio companies.
Work closely with the Head of Growth, VP of Sales, and CTO to align marketing
initiatives with GTM and product strategies.
What We’re Looking For
8–12+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of building brands in
startups or venture-backed environments.
Strong understanding of branding, PR, content strategy, and digital marketing.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, 0-to-1 environment where you must balance
high-level strategy with hands-on content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling
narratives for diverse audiences (founders, investors, and customers).
Ability to create scalable systems and playbooks that can be utilized by multiple ventures
