Tsenta (YC S26) automates job applications for students. We've driven 1.1M+ organic impressions and 1,500+ signups through UGC in our first campaign. Now we need someone to own and scale this channel.
What you'll do:
Recruit, manage, and QA a roster of 5-10 UGC creators posting daily short-form video across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Develop hooks, scripts, and creative direction that convert views into signups
Own the content calendar and posting cadence
Analyze performance data (we use PostHog) and iterate on what works
Work directly with the founders on growth strategy
What we're looking for:
You've personally managed UGC or short-form content campaigns that drove real, measurable results (signups, installs, conversions, not just views)
You understand TikTok/Reels/Shorts algorithms and what makes content get picked up organically
You can recruit and manage creators at the $25/video tier. This isn't influencer marketing, it's volume-driven organic content
Scrappy, fast, opinionated. We don't need decks, we need output.
This is a contract/part-time role that can grow into full-time as we scale. You'll work directly with the CEO.
