SUMMARY:
As part of the Core Engineering team, you will develop and scale the platform. You will be working on a highly dynamic, lightning-fast system that leverages machine learning to evaluate thousands of data points, processing hundreds of thousands of transactions per second with millisecond response times.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:
Design, develop, and maintain LLM-based AI components to improve the efficiency of internal teams and user-facing communications, spanning from data retrieval to chat interfaces;
Experiment and evaluate new frameworks, models, and architectures emerging in the area;
Improve the underlying data infrastructure to address the challenges posed by LLM usage;
Partner with cross-functional teams of analysts, software engineers, and user-facing departments to identify relevant use cases and design appropriate solutions;
Contribute to the technical vision for the foundation of generative AI systems of the project.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:
Proven experience developing robust applications or scripts using Python;
Hands-on experience with fundamental data processing libraries, specifically NumPy and Pandas;
Strong SQL skills for effective data extraction, querying, and management;
Solid understanding and practical application of TDD principles.
High level of independence and initiative, with a deep commitment and sense of responsibility to the code, projects, and systems you manage;
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills. You must be able to independently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues – navigating both your own mistakes and inherited challenges within a novel and rapidly evolving field;
English B2+.
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience developing, delivering, and supporting AI and ML algorithms or technologies (e.g. LLM Inference, Embeddings, and VectorDBs, ranking algorithms, and time series analysis);
Experience with k8s, as we are mostly self-hosted;
Java & Python proficiency.
