You will combine basic data analysis with product thinking - from ideation to implementation to successfully driving post-launch impact with brands while contributing to the conversational AI Agent productization roadmap. Perfect for fresh graduates or final-year students with strong analytical skills and internship/leadership experience. ⭐️ What You Will Achieve: In 1 month, you will be: Familiar with ClickPost’s product ecosystem, internal tools, and workflows. You’ll contribute to drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and support user research. In 3 months, you will be: Independently managing smaller product initiatives, analyzing customer feedback, conducting competitor research, and documenting feature flows and help guides. In 6 months, you will be: Driving internal alignment across stakeholders for features you support, defining success metrics, and contributing to testing and release activities. You’ll also explore and propose improvements or new ideas for AI-powered features. 🧠** Key Responsibilities:** Product Ideation & Impact Dive into detailed research, support product ideation, and convert ideas into concise PRDs, and wireframes. Track feature adoption, define KPIs, and measure post-launch impact for customers. Dig deep into data to uncover patterns and relationships, even when not obvious, to guide next actions. Data Analysis & Insights Build simple dashboards or reports (Databricks SQL, Excel/Sheets, BI tools) for continuous monitoring and optimization. Conduct deep-dive analyses on courier performance, imestamps, SLA breaches, RTO trends, and segmentations Experiments & Customer Value Design and run experiments/A/B tests with live clients to improve NDR-to-delivery percentage and reduce RTO. Derive courier-wise insights to help brands achieve the best delivery rates and guide product enhancements. Present findings in clear reports or presentations with recommended actions. AI Agent Productisation Contribute to building and scaling multiple AI agents for different use cases. Help design conversation flows and prompting strategies, continuously optimizing for higher feedback rates and lower costs. Explore advanced value additions such as AI-powered insights, sentiment analysis, and customer profiling to maximize customer impact. Collaboration & Ownership Work closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to move projects from idea to live product.
