What You’ll Do
Non-Tech / Operation side
Apply to jobs manually using structured workflows
Optimize LinkedIn profiles for visibility and recruiter reach
Create and manage LinkedIn posts (career positioning & authority building)
Do targeted networking with recruiters and hiring managers
Tech / Development Side
Build end-to-end real-time projects (frontend + backend + deployment)
Work on production-ready systems, not just demo apps
Create and maintain a professional portfolio (GitHub + personal site)
Integrate APIs, automation workflows, and scalable backend systems
Tech Stack (Preferred)
Frontend: React / Next.js
Backend: Node.js / Python
Cloud: AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway)
Database: PostgreSQL / DynamoDB
Tools: Git, Docker, REST APIs
