Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager with experience in the real estate industry to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support property sales and leasing objectives.
This role requires strong expertise in social media marketing, paid advertising, content creation, SEO/SEM, and campaign analytics, with a deep understanding of real estate customer behavior and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging marketing content including social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, landing pages, and property promotions.
Oversee social media accounts and maintain consistent brand messaging.
Coordinate with sales teams to generate and nurture high-quality leads.
Monitor website performance, SEO rankings, and user engagement metrics.
Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to track campaign effectiveness and customer journeys.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and external agencies for creative campaigns.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, real estate market developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools.
Experience with lead generation and conversion strategies.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Suite, CRM systems, and social media scheduling platforms.
Excellent communication, content writing, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
