Role Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and oversee critical compliance, registration, and certification processes under the Startup India Program and related government initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organisation secures the benefits of these programs while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Startup India Registration: Lead the complete registration process under the Startup India initiative, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Seed Funding: Prepare and submit funding applications under Startup India, manage proposals, and coordinate with relevant authorities to secure seed capital.
Tax Exemption: Handle applications for tax exemptions, ensuring compliance with eligibility requirements and maintaining necessary records.
MSME Registration: Execute MSME registration processes and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable rules and benefits.
ISO Certification: Manage ISO certification procedures, including audit coordination, documentation, and liaison with certifying agencies.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in handling Startup India, MSME registrations, and ISO certifications.
Strong knowledge of government schemes, compliance frameworks, and documentation requirements.
Demonstrated success in securing seed funding and tax exemptions under Startup India.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple compliance projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
