The Role: Growth Manager (Founder’s Office)
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who wants to work directly with the CEO, move fast, and learn everything about scaling a global SaaS business.
You’ll work across sales, product, marketing, and strategy, often owning zero-to-one projects. You’ll speak to customers, close deals, write GTM content, shape narratives, and help us grow smarter and faster.

What You'll Work On
1) Sales & Client Acquisition
Source and close hotel clients via LinkedIn outreach, email, and founder-led referrals
Run tailored demos and guide leads through the sales funnel
Prepare data-backed proposals and nurture long-term accounts
2) Growth Strategy & Research
Identify market opportunities, competitors, and expansion plays
Research key events, CXO targets, and build outreach pipelines
Support investor and partnership materials through crisp analysis and storytelling
3) Content, Messaging & Positioning
Create decks, one-pagers, case studies, and LinkedIn posts that convert
Own the storytelling for Hotelzify’s AI products and use cases
Collaborate with product and marketing to refine messaging
4) AI-Powered Ops
Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek, Notion AI to accelerate content, personalization, research, and automation
5) Set up scalable outbound workflows, performance tracking, and campaign testing
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in growth, product, consulting, SaaS, or startups
Degree in engineering, business, economics, or "building things from scratch"
Strong writing, structuring, and storytelling skills
Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and AI tools
A bias for action, ownership, and outcomes
Clear communication and comfort speaking to senior decision-makers
