We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our founding team. Note: The pay mentioned is base. Other component is sales commission based As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for our future customers and a crucial part of our revenue engine. You won't be fetching coffee; you'll be on the front lines, identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and generating qualified opportunities. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn the entire B2B SaaS sales process from the ground up. What You'll Be Doing: Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients (social media agencies, brands, content creators) who would be a perfect fit for Tapti, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other databases. Strategic Outreach: Craft and execute personalized outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to connect with key decision-makers. Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their current social media challenges and goals, and effectively communicate how Tapti can solve their problems. Book Demos: Your primary goal will be to schedule qualified product demonstrations for our founder and sales team. CRM Management: Keep meticulous records of all your activities and conversations in our CRM system to ensure a smooth sales process. Collaborate & Learn: Work directly with the founder to refine sales pitches, messaging, and strategy based on market feedback.
