Design at Kalshi spans brand, growth, performance, partnerships, events, and product marketing -- and the volume of work is growing fast. You'll own the systems, timelines, and coordination that keep everything moving, so our designers and creative leads can stay focused on the actual creative work.What You'll DoOwn all creative request intake, scoping, and prioritization across growth, partnerships, performance, events, product marketing, and brandBuild and maintain visibility into active projects, timelines, capacity, and dependencies across the full creative teamManage end-to-end project coordination from brief through delivery, including feedback collection, approval routing, and file handoffsDevelop and maintain workflows, planning frameworks, and operational processes that scale as the team growsCoordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners on timelines and deliverablesDrive weekly project status reporting across all teams and flag risks earlyWhat You Bring4-8 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or creative productionExperience supporting design, brand, or marketing teams -- agency or startup background preferredProven ability to manage multiple timelines and workstreams simultaneously without dropping anythingStrong communication skills and comfort operating as the hub between creative and cross-functional partnersFamiliarity with design and marketing workflows and the tools that support themHigh attention to detail and a bias toward building systems over managing chaosNYC Pay Transparency DisclosureSalary Range: $120,000 to $150,000 annually plus equity and benefits. This salary range is based on the current available market data, and represents the expected salary range for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and few titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
