We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our product development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Manual Testing, API Testing, and SQL Database Testing. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our ERP application before every release.
Key Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and prepare Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Plans.
Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Execute end-to-end testing of ERP modules such as:
Purchase & Inventory
Project Management
Finance & Accounts
HR & Payroll
CRM & Sales
Perform REST API testing using Postman.
Validate data using SQL queries in Microsoft SQL Server.
Identify, log, track, and verify software defects using Jira or similar bug-tracking tools.
Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers to resolve issues.
Prepare Test Summary Reports and Release Sign-off documents.
Participate in Agile Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and release activities.
Ensure high-quality product releases within project timelines.
Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in Software Manual Testing.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
Experience in:
Functional Testing
Regression Testing
Smoke & Sanity Testing
Integration Testing
UAT
Hands-on experience with API Testing using Postman.
Strong SQL knowledge for database validation and data verification.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect management tools.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience testing ERP or Enterprise Applications.
Basic knowledge of Automation Testing (Selenium or Playwright) is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Git and CI/CD concepts.
ISTQB Certification is a plus.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, B.E., B.Tech, or equivalent.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
