Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, mission-driven VP of Sales with fast track to CRO to lead our global expansion and forge strategic partnerships with app developers and digital platforms. Reporting to the CEO and the CMO (an enterprise software veteran), this role is ideal for a growth-focused leader passionate about innovation, AI ethics, and product-led business models. Like the leadership team, you won’t take a paycheck during our reboot phase. Minimum commitment: 24 hours/week. Upon successful fundraising or increased revenue, you can expect a revenue share and a competitive salary. Key Responsibilities Design and execute a B2B sales and growth strategy with a focus on partnerships, lead generation, and user acquisition. Drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, social media, community management, and viral strategies. Create compelling assets for the website, app stores, social channels, and blogs, with a future focus on webinars and podcasts. Optimize the full user journey: awareness → conversion → retention. Leverage data analytics and KPIs to guide decision-making and continuous improvement. Build and lead a growth-focused team that embraces rapid experimentation. Identify, negotiate, and cultivate strategic partnerships and new acquisition channels. Drive A/B testing and experimentation to refine strategies. Enhance CRO efforts through behavior analysis and improved conversion paths. Align growth with MoodMe’s ethical values, ensuring trust and privacy remain paramount. Manage sales budgets to maximize ROI. Qualifications Proven track record in enterprise sales to app developers, system integrators, or digital platforms (6–10 years in startups or tech). Strong understanding of both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) models. Expertise in SEO, organic acquisition, and content-driven growth. Hands-on experience in A/B testing, CRO, and optimizing sales funnels. Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces experimentation. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Passionate about innovation, ethics, and next-generation tech. Data-savvy: able to turn insights into actionable growth strategies.
