• Build the AI infrastructure for multi-agent investment workflows
• Own agent orchestration, RAG, memory, tools, evaluation, safety, hallucination control, latency, cost, and observability
• Establish AI-native engineering workflows using tools such as Cursor, Devin, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar systems
• Build internal agent-based workflows for product, engineering, QA, documentation, and release processes
• Improve the product-to-engineering pipeline, reducing friction across requirements, technical design, implementation, testing, and release
• Lead the transition from a China-led development model toward a U.S.-led core engineering function
• Set engineering standards for architecture, code quality, testing, documentation, release management, and observability
• Hire and build the U.S. engineering team
