We build an AI-powered platform that helps project owners, consultants, and main contractors to streamline tender reviews, compare bids, track contract changes, and make faster, data-driven decisions. Responsibilities Build and optimize document extraction and parsing pipelines. Develop prompts, evaluate LLM outputs, and maintain prompt/version workflows. Work with OCR tools, PDF parsing, and text extraction systems. Collaborate with backend engineers to deploy and integrate ML services. Continuously improve accuracy, reliability, and model performance. Requirements Strong experience with Python and ML/LLM tooling. Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). Experience with OCR, document processing, or NLP. Understanding of embeddings, vector stores, and prompt engineering. Ability to experiment quickly and iterate. Startup mindset and willingness to move fast.* Nice to Have Experience deploying ML services in production. Familiarity with cloud ML stacks (AWS/GCP). Knowledge of evaluation frameworks for LLMs or RAG systems.
