The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and leading end-to-end sales processes. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations with potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with brand initiatives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review. Mentor and guide junior sales executives (if applicable).
