As a Paid Media Growth Specialist, you’ll own paid acquisition performance across Google and Meta, with accountability for CAC and ROAS. This is a high-ownership, execution-first role: you’ll launch campaigns weekly, optimize daily, and scale what works. You’ll be expected to combine strong fundamentals with a willingness to test, learn, and push new ideas.
