Influencer Marketing Manager @ Aurify LLC (Fully Remote) at Perfeos
About the Role
We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and own our creator partnerships from the ground up. You'll connect our platform with the micro and nano influencers whose content has the energy, aesthetic, and trend-awareness to inspire templates people actually want to recreate and share.
This is a foundational role — you won't be inheriting a playbook, you'll be writing it.
What You'll Do
Identify, recruit, and build lasting relationships with micro and nano influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond
Lead outreach, negotiation, and onboarding for creator partnerships, securing original and properly licensed content for AI-powered templates
Develop and execute influencer campaign strategies aligned with platform growth and content goals
Own campaign timelines, budgets, briefs, content reviews, and approvals end-to-end
Track performance metrics — reach, engagement, conversions — and optimize continuously based on data and creator feedback
Collaborate with creative, social, and sales teams to build integrated campaigns that stay true to brand
Report clearly on campaign performance for internal stakeholders and leadership
Stay ahead of creator culture, platform trends, and viral content patterns to inform template sourcing and development
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing influencer and creator relationships, from first outreach through long-term partnership
Track record planning and executing influencer campaigns, including budget and timeline ownership
Strong analytical skills — you can turn performance data into clear, actionable strategy
Excellent communicator and negotiator who works well across teams
Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch, and a genuine pulse on creator culture
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-moving environment
Background in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing; media, entertainment, or consumer tech experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
Fluent in English; Korean proficiency strongly preferred given our Seoul base and target markets
