Marketing Director at Cortex-Labs About the role Cortex Labs is building a desktop-native collaboration product for organizations working with sensitive information. We are looking for a Marketing Director to own and lead our overall marketing strategy, positioning, and execution. This is a non-technical leadership role. You will not write code, manage analytics pipelines, or run complex performance systems. Your responsibility is to define how the product is presented to the market, ensure consistency across all channels, and manage marketing execution at a strategic level. What you will do Own and develop the overall marketing strategy and positioning Define messaging, narratives, and brand direction Oversee marketing execution across content, PR, partnerships, and campaigns Coordinate external agencies, contractors, and vendors Align marketing efforts with business and commercial goals Review and approve marketing materials and initiatives Track high-level performance and adjust strategy accordingly Work closely with leadership on go-to-market planning
