You'll work at the intersection of software engineering, AI, and product design. You will own the full lifecycle of AI features, from ideation and customer feedback to implementation and deployment.
This role is ideal for an engineer who loves building AI-powered products and wants build for the “real word” with high impact.
You'll be one of our first hires, which means you’ll have significant autonomy, impact, and ownership.
You’ll work closely with Pierre-Habté, CPTO at Bravi.
Responsibilities:
Design and ship agentic AI systems: multi-step workflows that reason, act, and recover from failure in real production environments
Build the knowledge layer: ingest product catalogs, technical documentation, and pricing rules into structured, reliable AI memory
Own evaluations: design feedback loops and benchmarks that tell us whether the AI is actually getting better with each iteration
Integrate with the physical world : connect agents to the tools manufacturers actually use: telephony, ERPs, CRMs, scheduling systems
Work directly with clients: sit in on calls, understand where human experts break down, and design the automated replacement
Shape the product: you're early enough that what you build defines what Bravi becomes
