The Role:
As our first CMO, you'll architect our global marketing engine, driving from 100 downloads to 10M users by Sep 2026, 1B by 2030, and 4B by 2040. Reporting to CEO Rakesh Kumar Kejriwal (13+ years at Amazon, Tesco, Zoomcar; B.Tech Honors; patent holder; sales acumen from Marwadi roots), you'll lead a high-caliber team (guidelines from IIT/MNIT/BITS/IIM alums) in a mission to empower women/men and nurture society. This is ownership in a social entrepreneurship powerhouse—left a crore-earning career for impact!
Key Responsibilities (Aligned with Our Scale-Up Plan):
Develop GTM for P2P app: User acquisition via app stores, encrypted Reels virality, SEO/SEM in 132+ languages, and partnerships (e.g., women's orgs, travel firms, govts).
Build brand as the ultimate safety shield: PR on 85% trust factor, influencer campaigns addressing WHO/UN stats, crisis comms for SOS features.
Drive demand gen: Content for youth mentorship (65% Gen Z demand, Gallup), A/B testing for low CAC (INR 500), retention to combat churn.
Oversee martech: Analytics (HubSpot/Google) for 95-98% compression insights; align with revenue streams (ads, boosted posts, verified profiles).
Cross-functional leadership: Sync with tech (AI enhancements), sales (5K corporate users target, $0.3M revenue), and fundraising (leverage network for $10M seed).
Manage $3M+ marketing budget; scale team to 30+ sales/marketers (IIM-guided); hit KPIs like 5K corporates, 10 patents filed.
