Sales Operations Specialist - Inbound

JOB PURPOSE
As part of the sales operations team in EMEA, you will be responsible for proactively driving new business by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, expanding the agency's regional reach by using a range of inbound sales tactics. This function serves as the primary point of contact for all inbound sales inquiries and leads across EMEA (BENO, DACH, UKI), ensuring efficient pre-qualification and accurate routing. This role is critical for early engagement and maintaining data integrity within the CRM system for early-stage leads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring and handling the Sales Inbox, mails, and inbound slack channels;
Pre-qualifying and serving as the first point of contact for sales requests (via mail and/or first call);
Routing requests to New Business teams;
Follow up with New Business teams to keep CRM updated;
Support with the administration and clean-up of our CRM system (Salesforce). By checking dashboards and holding other lead owners accountable you’re making sure the data of our internal information database is up to date at all times;
Support with the qualification of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) against specified criteria.
KPIs
Lead Response Time: The speed at which inbound inquiries are handled;
Lead Qualification Rate: The percentage of inbound leads that are successfully pre-qualified and routed to the appropriate market teams;
Data Accuracy and Integrity: The reliability and cleanliness of data within Salesforce;
Ensuring data integrity for newly acquired inbound leads;
Reduce # of expired inbound leads with Owners (EMEA).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Are internationally oriented and master the English language in speaking and writing; additionally master the German and/or Dutch language would be an advantage;
Have strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and organisational skills;
Are commercially driven,
Have good time management skills and the ability to stay flexible in a fast paced environment; you can quickly switch between topics and requests;
Are very well organised and structured and able to effectively communicate the status and developments of your work;
Are the example of proactivity and result-orientation and you always apply a confident, can-do attitude;
Are a great listener and able to identify both a client's needs and that of your colleagues;
Can demonstrate being a trusted first point of contact for new business leads to conduct a thorough qualification process, providing a detailed handover to the sales team;
Are interested in getting to know a full range of communication techniques, including pre-qualification calling and emailing to build engagement and achieve results;
Although full training will be given, experience with CRMs like Salesforce & Google Suite, would be beneficial;
Are eager to learn and always open to new developments.
