Senior Growth Marketing Manager at DTCo
This role is the backbone of client services: owning client relationships, strategy and performance. This person knows how to mobilize and make things happen, both being hands-on and managing teams. This person is confident in their experience and open to new ideas and opportunities to help clients grow.
This role works in partnership with an Associate Director/Strategy Director and helps manage a team.
Responsibilities
Growth Strategy
You’ll develop a deep understanding of client’s brands and business models and help them think through the problems they face and bring guidance and ideas to the table. This person will lead this problem solving with strategy that expands across projections, attribution, resourcing, landing page strategy, paid media, and creative.
Performance Management
You’ll be up to speed on how core paid channels play a role in client growth and how DTCo utilizes them to optimize on executive goals and marginal efficiency. You’ll oversee and develop a team that’s hands on within the channels. You’ll provide occasional support on clients outside of M-F working hours due to peak promo moments and the nature of high scale accounts.
Analyze + Optimize for Performance Goals
You’ll be responsible for day to day ad account optimizations in relation to client growth strategy, pacing goals, and industry trends. You’ll use data to develop and scale paid campaigns to maximize efficiency and implement tests. You’ll learn how to prepare and own client monthly planning and projections with oversight and support from your Associate Director.
Creative Analytics + Production
You’ll live and breathe creative. This role works directly with clients and the creative team, delivering insights, competitor analysis and recommendations for how to produce and design engaging ads. Ideal candidates care about consumer psychology and social media trends.
Client Services
You’ll own relationships with clients, being the primary point of contact for communications, leading client calls, supporting client projections and strategy, and ensuring that clients understand strategy and its impact and knowing when to be low or high touch. You will think strategically about resourcing, tools, and processes that can improve services.
Team Management
You’ll help manage and build up talent with oversight and support from your Associate Director and/or Director, Strategy. You’ll also be a leader in helping the team prioritize workload relative to importance.
Qualifications
Proficient in modeling budget and revenue projections for DTC businesses.
Confident in organizing ideas, distilling and communicating internally and externally.
Deep experience with DTCo core channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) and relative experience with other channels: Affiliate, Influencer, etc.
Expert understanding of core growth KPIs such as: CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, CAC ROAS, LTV, Margin Profile, MER, Cohort Retention.
Experience hiring and managing teams.
Experience leading calls and client comms.
Comfortable working in an EST timezone schedule.
