Project Manager – AI Agentic Projects at analytos.ai 🎯 About the Role We're hiring a Project Manager to lead AI agentic implementation projects and act as the bridge between our product/engineering teams and enterprise customers. You’ll ensure successful project delivery, smooth communication, and long-term customer success by driving enhancements and maintaining KPIs. If you’ve worked with US clients before and love managing AI or software projects end-to-end — this is for you. 🛠️ What You’ll Do Own end-to-end delivery of AI agentic solutions — from planning to rollout. Interface with US enterprise customers to understand needs and set clear expectations. Translate business requirements into technical tasks and timelines. Track KPIs, progress, risks, and milestones using project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp). Collaborate with product and engineering teams to unblock and deliver on time. Manage post-launch success: support, adoption, enhancements, feedback loops. Drive continuous value and upsell opportunities through great relationships and insight. ✅ You’re a Good Fit If You Have: 3–5 years of project management experience in AI, SaaS, or tech startups. Experience working with US-based enterprise customers. Strong cross-functional communication skills (technical + non-technical). Hands-on with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery models.
