As our GTM Manager you will lead zero to one GTM efforts discovering, validating, and scaling the commercial pathways that matter most. You'll work at the frontier, building relationships, running rapid experiments in the field, and uncovering real user needs. Then you'll translate those insights into repeatable, revenue-driving motions. Technology Tech Stack Android: Kotlin Multi-Platform, Jetpack Compose ML: PyTorch, Python Microservices: Kotlin, K8S Backend: Kotlin, Koin, REST API Challenges We run our ASR/NLP models locally on smartphones. Models need to be resource-efficient yet really accurate. With every user interaction data is generated and used for model improvements. This data needs to be processed continuously, automatically quality-assured and used for new model training. We deploy into production on average every 6h and release updated machine learning models several times a week.
