Role Overview The Founder’s Office Intern acts as the right hand to the Founder & CEO, supporting in strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, market research, investor communications, and operational decision-making. This role provides a 360° exposure to startup operations and leadership functioning — ideal for those who aspire to understand how a tech startup scales from 0 to 1. 4. Key Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the Founder on strategic, operational, and financial initiatives. Conduct research on markets, competitors, and potential partners or investors. Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external communication. Track progress of various departments (Tech, HR, Marketing, BD) and prepare consolidated updates. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of key objectives. Support recruitment drives, internship onboarding, and performance tracking processes. Assist in brand, product, and community growth initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism. Help in process documentation and SOP creation across business verticals. Draft communications, proposals, and strategic notes for founder-led meetings. 5. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and analytical mindset. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office tools.
