Impact In This Role As a Facilities Operations Specialist for our Bengaluru-GCC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless workplace operations across office infrastructure, vendor coordination, and employee experience. With 4–5 years of hands-on experience, you’ll own day-to-day facilities support, contribute to process improvements, and serve as a key liaison between REWS, vendors, and internal teams. This role will report to the Head of Operations_GCC. Shift Alignment: Operates in the North America shift with partial overlap into the India day shift to ensure seamless coordination across global teams and time zones. Daily Operations Oversight: Manage routine office functions including housekeeping, pantry services, maintenance, and security coordination to deliver a smooth and responsive workplace experience. What You’ll Be Doing Workplace Operations: Oversee daily office functions including housekeeping, pantry, maintenance, and security. Support seating allocation, office moves, and upkeep of Bengaluru GCC facilities through proactive inspections and vendor coordination. Vendor & Budget Support: Assist in sourcing and managing service contracts (catering, cleaning, transport, AC, etc.), track budgets, process invoices, and maintain documentation for finance and compliance for the GCC as needed. Employee & Visitor Experience: Coordinate transport and logistics for employees and visiting colleagues. Partner with HR to support team events, wellness initiatives, and onboarding/offboarding logistics. Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols, government regulations, and preventive maintenance schedules. Act as the first point of contact for emergencies. Planning & Reporting: Monitor facilities KPIs, suggest process improvements, and support forecasting of future space and service needs. General Administration: Execute day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination. Desired Traits Good English communication skills – including the ability to communicate technical information. Understand and able to speak in multiple languages - English, Kannada, Hindi and any other state languages (Telugu/Tamil) Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused. Comfortable working across multiple timezones or hybrid setups. Experience supporting scaling teams or dynamic office environments. Basic graduation level education in any field, preferably something with an administrative or business management focus 4–5 years of experience in office facilities, workplace services, or REWS support, especially in North America shift timings (night shift). Familiarity with workplace safety norms, compliance, and basic procurement. Proficiency in Google docs and Google sheets, ticketing systems, and facility management tools.
